If any special education program provided pursuant to this chapter or Chapter 3325. of the Revised Code serves a student with a visual impairment for whom instruction in braille reading and writing is specified as appropriate pursuant to division (A)(2) of section3323.011of the Revised Code, the entity providing the program shall integrate the use of braille reading and writing into the student's entire curriculum and other classroom activities in such a manner that braille reading and writing becomes an effective learning tool for the student.
