Text
The board of education of a school district shall provide home instruction for children with disabilities who are at least three years of age and less than twenty-two years of age and who are unable to attend school, even with the help of special transportation. The board may arrange for the provision of home instruction for a child by a cooperative agreement or contract with a county board of developmental disabilities or other educational agency. For the purposes of determining formula ADM under section3317.03of the Revised Code, five hours of home instruction shall be equivalent to attendance for five school days.
