(A)The department of mental health and addiction services, the department of developmental disabilities, the department of youth services, and the department of rehabilitation and correction shall establish and maintain special education programs for children with disabilities in institutions under their jurisdiction according to standards adopted by the department of education and workforce.
(B)The superintendent of each state institution required to provide services under division (A) of this section may apply to the department of education and workforce for special education and related services funding for children with disabilities other than preschool children with disabilities, calculated in accordance with section3317.201of the Revised Code.
