Text
The board of education of a school district that employs any person who is appointed to serve as a member of the educator standards board under division (A)(1)(a) or (c) of section3319.60, as a member of the subcommittee on standards for superintendents under division (B) or (C) of section3319.611, or as a member of the subcommittee on standards for school treasurers and business managers under division (B) or (C) of section3319.612of the Revised Code shall grant that person paid professional leave for the purpose of attending meetings and conducting official business of the educator standards board and the subcommittees.
