Text
During the course of transferring a student's record to an educational institution for a legitimate educational purpose as specified under division (C) of section3319.321of the Revised Code, no school district or school shall alter, truncate, or redact any part of a student's record so that any information on the student's record is rendered unreadable or unintelligible.
