The board of education of each school district, the governing board of each educational service center, and the chief administrator of each chartered nonpublic school shall require that the reports of any investigation by the district board of education, service center governing board, or nonpublic school chief administrator of an employee regarding whether the employee has committed an act or offense for which the district or service center superintendent or board president or nonpublic school chief administrator or governing authority president or chairperson is required to make a report to the superintendent of public instruction under section3319.313of the Revised Code be kept in the employee's personnel file.
