(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Dropout prevention and recovery community school" has the same meaning as in section3314.02of the Revised Code.
(2)"Industry-recognized credential program" means a career-technical course in which a student may earn an industry-recognized credential approved under section3313.6113of the Revised Code.
(3)"STEM school" means a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code.
(B)The state board of education shall issue permits to individuals who are not licensed as required by sections3319.22to3319.30of the Revised Code, but who are otherwise qualified, to teach classes for not more than a total of twelve hours a week, except that an individual teaching in a STEM school or an individual teach
