Text
Each application for any license, certificate, or permit under this chapter, or renewal or duplicate of such a license, certificate, or permit, shall be accompanied by the payment of a fee in the amount established under division (B) of section3319.51of the Revised Code. Any fees received under this section shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund established in section4743.05of the Revised Code.
Any person applying for or holding a license, certificate, or permit under this chapter is subject to sections3123.41to3123.50of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section3123.63of the Revised Code and sections3319.31and3319.311of the Revised Code.
