(A)Whenever an employee of a board of education, other than an employee who is a license holder to whom section3319.52of the Revised Code applies, is convicted of or pleads guilty to a felony, a violation of section2907.04or2907.06or of division (A) or (B) of section2907.07of the Revised Code, an offense of violence, theft offense, or drug abuse offense that is not a minor misdemeanor, or a violation of an ordinance of a municipal corporation that is substantively comparable to a felony or to a violation or offense of that nature, or if the employee has been found to be eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction or has agreed to participate in a pre-trial diversion program for one of those offenses, the prosecutor in the case, on forms prescribed and furnished by the state board of e
