Text
If an entire school district or that part of a school district which comprises the territory in which a school is situated is transferred to any other district, or if a new school district is created, the nonteaching school employees in such district or school immediately prior to such transfer or creation shall have civil service status in the newly created district, or in the district to which the territory is transferred, if the new district is a city school board, or shall be employed pursuant to section3319.081of the Revised Code in the newly created district, or in the district to which the territory is transferred, if the district is one to which Chapter 124. of the Revised Code does not apply. The tenure or seniority of each nonteaching school employee in the newly created district
