The board of education of each school district wherein the provisions of Chapter 124. of the Revised Code do not apply and the governing board of each educational service center may adopt a resolution ordering reasonable reductions in the number of nonteaching employees for any of the reasons for which the board of education or governing board may make reductions in teaching employees, as set forth in division (B) of section3319.17of the Revised Code.
