Text
The board of education of any city, local, or exempted village school district may adopt a resolution approving a contract with a county department of job and family services under section5107.541of the Revised Code to provide for a participant of the work experience program who has a child enrolled in a public school in that district to fulfill the work requirements of the work experience program by volunteering or working in that public school in accordance with section5107.541of the Revised Code. Such recipients are not employees of such board of education.
