Text

(A)As used in this section, "subgroup" means one of the following subsets of the entire student population of a school district or a school building:
(1)Students with disabilities;
(2)Economically disadvantaged students;
(3)English learners;
(4)Students identified as gifted in superior cognitive ability and specific academic ability fields under Chapter 3324. of the Revised Code.
(B)It is the intent of the general assembly that funds provided under this chapter shall be used for the provision of a system of common schools and the advancement of the knowledge of all students. As such, school districts and schools shall be held accountable for those funds to ensure that all students are provided an opportunity to graduate from high school prepared for a career or for post-secondar
