(A)In the case of a child placed in the custody of a juvenile facility established under section2151.65or a detention facility established under section2152.41of the Revised Code, payment for the child's education services shall be administered by one of the following methods:
(1)If the facility educates the child, the facility, or the chartered nonpublic school it operates, may submit its request for payment directly to the school district that is to bear the cost of educating the child, as determined under section2151.362of the Revised Code. That district shall pay the facility or the chartered nonpublic school directly for those services.
