Text

All moneys distributed to a school district, including any cooperative education or joint vocational school district and all moneys distributed to any educational service center, by the state whether from a state or federal source, shall be accounted for by the division of school finance of the department of education and workforce. All moneys distributed shall be coded as to county, school district or educational service center, source, and other pertinent information, and at the end of each month, a report of such distribution shall be made by such division of school finance to each school district and educational service center. If any board of education fails to make the report required in section3319.33of the Revised Code, the department shall be without authority to distribute funds
