Text
(A)Tuition shall be computed in accordance with this section if:
(1)The tuition is required by division (C)(3)(b) of section3313.64of the Revised Code; or
(2)Neither the child nor the child's parent resides in this state and tuition is required by section3327.06of the Revised Code.
(B)Tuition computed in accordance with this section shall equal the attendance district's tuition rate computed under section3317.08of the Revised Code plus the amount in state education aid, as defined in section3317.02of the Revised Code, that district would have received for the child during the school year had the department of education and workforce counted the child in the attendance district's formula ADM for that school year under section3317.03of the Revised Code.
