Text

For purposes of section3317.03of the Revised Code:

(A)A student shall be considered to be enrolled in the district for any portion of the school year the student is participating at a college under Chapter 3365. of the Revised Code.
(B)A student shall be considered to be enrolled in the district for the period of time beginning on the date on which the school has both received the documentation of the student's enrollment from a parent and the student has commenced participation in learning opportunities offered by the district. For purposes of applying divisions (B) and (C) of this section, "learning opportunities" means both classroom-based and nonclassroom-based learning opportunities overseen by licensed educational employees of the district that is in compliance with criteria and
