Text
In accordance with rules which the department of education and workforce shall adopt, each joint vocational school district shall do both of the following:
(A)Maintain a record of district enrollment of any persons who are not eligible to be included in the district's formula ADM as that term is defined in section3317.02of the Revised Code;
(B)Annually certify to the department the number of persons for whom a record is maintained under division (A) of this section. These numbers shall be reported on a full-time equivalent basis.
