As used in this section, "sponsor" includes any officer, director, employee of the sponsor of a community school, and any person with decision-making authority regarding the operations of a sponsor of a community school.

(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, no sponsor of a community school shall sell any goods or services to any community school it sponsors.

(B)(1) If the sponsor of a community school entered into a contract prior to the effective date of this section that involves the sale of goods or services to a community school it sponsors, the sponsor shall not be required to comply with division (A) of this section with respect to that school until the expiration of the contract.

(3) If the sponsor of a community school is a state university, as defined in section3345.011of the Revised Code, the sponsor may sell services to that community school at no profit to the sponsor.
