Text
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections3314.40and3314.401of the Revised Code prevail over any conflicting provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or contract for employment entered into after March 30, 2007.
