The governing authority of each community school shall require that the reports of any investigation by the governing authority of the school or by an operator of an employee who works in the school, regarding whether the employee has committed an act or offense for which the chief administrator of the community school or the president or chairperson of the governing authority is required to make a report to the superintendent of public instruction under section3314.40of the Revised Code, be kept in the employee's personnel file. If, after an investigation under division (A) of section3319.311of the Revised Code, the superintendent of public instruction determines that the results of that investigation do not warrant initiating actio
