(A)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Revised Code, the department of education and workforce shall only adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for any requirement to be imposed on a dropout prevention and recovery community school. The department shall not develop guidelines that impose requirements on the general and uniform operation of a dropout prevention and recovery community school.
(B)Pursuant to section119.035of the Revised Code, prior to adoption, the dropout prevention and recovery advisory council established under section3314.381of the Revised Code shall review any proposed rule described in division (A) of this section.
