Notwithstanding division (A)(10) of section3314.02of the Revised Code, a community school that primarily serves students enrolled in a dropout prevention and recovery program may continue to operate in the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years without complying with that division and shall be considered a dropout prevention and recovery community school for the purposes of Title XXXIII of the Revised Code for those school years.
Notwithstanding anything in the Revised Code to the contrary, beginning July 1, 2027, any community school that primarily serves students enrolled in a dropout prevention and recovery program is a dropout prevention and recovery community school, as defined in division (A)(10) of section3314.02of the Revised Code.
