(A)Section3314.35of the Revised Code does not apply to any dropout prevention and recovery community school that has been granted a waiver by the former department of education prior to July 1, 2014.

(B)All dropout prevention and recovery community schools are subject to the provisions of section3314.351of the Revised Code, regardless of whether a waiver has been granted under this section prior to July 1, 2014.
