Text
No community school shall be subject to closure under section3314.35or3314.351of the Revised Code based on any report card issued for that school for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school years. Furthermore, the report card ratings of any previous years shall not be considered in determining whether a community school is subject to automatic closure under section3314.35or3314.351of the Revised Code. Accordingly, the 2022-2023 school year shall begin a new starting point for automatic closure of community schools under either of those sections.
