Text
(A)Each internet- or computer-based community school established under this chapter shall submit to the school's sponsor a plan for providing special education and related services to disabled students enrolled in the school in accordance with division (A)(1) or (2) of this section.
(1)If the school was established prior to June 30, 2005, the plan shall be submitted to the sponsor on or before September 1, 2005, and on or before the first day of September in each year thereafter that the school is in operation.
(2)If the school is established after June 30, 2005, the plan shall be submitted to the sponsor prior to the school's receipt of its first payment under this chapter and on or before the first day of September in each year thereafter that the school is in operation.
