Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section3314.26of the Revised Code, no student enrolled in an internet- or computer-based community school shall be subject to automatic withdrawal who, in any school year prior to the 2021-2022 school year, failed to participate in the spring administration of any assessment prescribed under section3301.0710or3301.0712of the Revised Code for the student's grade level and was not excused from the assessment pursuant to division (C)(1) or (3) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code, regardless of whether a waiver was granted for the student under division (E) of section3317.03of the Revised Code.
