(A)Each internet- or computer-based community school shall withdraw from the school any student who, for two consecutive school years of enrollment in the school, has failed to participate in the spring administration of any assessment prescribed under section3301.0710or3301.0712of the Revised Code for the student's grade level and was not excused from the assessment pursuant to division (C)(1) or (3) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code, regardless of whether a waiver was granted for the student under division (L)(3) of section3314.08of the Revised Code. The school shall report any such student's data verification code, as assigned pursuant to section3301.0714of the Revised Code, to the department of education and workforce.
