(A)On or after July 1, 2004, no internet- or computer-based community school shall enter into a contract with a nonpublic school to use or rent any facility space at the nonpublic school for the provision of instructional services to students enrolled in the internet- or computer-based community school.
(B)If an internet- or computer-based community school has a contract with a nonpublic school as described in division (A) of this section, the department of education and workforce shall not make any payments under section3317.022of the Revised Code to the internet- or computer-based community school for any student who is enrolled in the internet- or computer-based community school and receives any instructional services from the internet- or computer-based community school at the nonpu
