Text
No community school shall employ an individual in any position if the state board of education permanently revoked or permanently denied the individual a license under section3319.31of the Revised Code or if the individual entered into a consent agreement under division (E) of section3319.311of the Revised Code in which the individual agreed never to apply for a license after the date on which the agreement was entered into.
