(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Chief executive officer" means a chief executive officer appointed by an academic distress commission pursuant to section3302.10of the Revised Code.
(2)"Municipal school district" and "mayor" have the same meanings as in section3311.71of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding section3314.10and sections4117.03to4117.18of the Revised Code and Section 4 of Amended Substitute Senate Bill No. 133 of the 115th general assembly, the employees of a conversion community school that is sponsored by the board of education of a municipal school district or a school district for which an academic distress commission has been established under section3302.10of the Revised Code shall cease to be subject to any future collective bargaining agreement, if the mayor or ch
