Text
(A)As used in this section and section3314.091of the Revised Code, "native student" means a student entitled to attend school in the school district under section3313.64or3313.65of the Revised Code.
(B)Except as provided in section3314.091of the Revised Code, the board of education of each city, local, and exempted village school district shall provide transportation to and from school for its district's native students in accordance with section3327.01of the Revised Code.
