Text
(A)In any fiscal year, a community school receiving funds calculated under division (A)(8) of section3317.022of the Revised Code shall spend those funds only for the purposes that the department designates as approved for career-technical education expenses. Career-technical education expenses approved by the department shall include only expenses connected to the delivery of career-technical programming to career-technical students. The department shall require the school to report data annually so that the department may monitor the school's compliance with the requirements regarding the manner in which funding received under division (A)(8) of section3317.022of the Revised Code may be spent.
