(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Career-technical program" means career-technical programs or classes described in division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of section3317.014of the Revised Code in which a student is enrolled.
(2)"Category one through five career-technical education ADM," and "FTE basis" have the same meanings as in section3317.02of the Revised Code.
(3)"Resident school district" means the city, exempted village, or local school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section3313.64or3313.65of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter or Chapter 3317. of the Revised Code, a student enrolled in a community school may simultaneously enroll in the career-technical program operated by the career-technical planning
