(A)As used in this section:

(1)"Career-technical program" means career-technical programs or classes described in division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of section3317.014of the Revised Code in which a student is enrolled.

(2)"Category one through five career-technical education ADM," and "FTE basis" have the same meanings as in section3317.02of the Revised Code.

(3)"Resident school district" means the city, exempted village, or local school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section3313.64or3313.65of the Revised Code.

(B)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter or Chapter 3317. of the Revised Code, a student enrolled in a community school may simultaneously enroll in the career-technical program operated by the career-technical planning

(A) As used in this section:

(1) "Career-technical program" means career-technical programs or classes described in division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of section3317.014of the Revised Code in which a student is enrolled.

(2) "Category one through five career-technical education ADM," and "FTE basis" have the same meanings as in section3317.02of the Revised Code.

(3) "Resident school district" means the city, exempted village, or local school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section3313.64or3313.65of the Revised Code.

(B) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter or Chapter 3317. of the Revised Code, a student enrolled in a community school may simultaneously enroll in the career-technical program operated by the career-technical planning district to which the student's resident district belongs. On an FTE basis, the student's resident school district shall count the student in the category one through five career-technical education ADM for the proportion of the time the student is enrolled in a career-technical program of the career-technical planning district to which the student's resident district belongs and, accordingly, the department of education and workforce shall calculate funds under Chapter 3317. of the Revised Code for the resident district attributable to the student for the proportion of time the student attends the career-technical program. The community school shall count the student in its enrollment report under section3314.08of the Revised Code and shall report to the department the proportion of time that the student attends classes at the community school. The department shall pay the community school the amount computed for the student under section3317.022of the Revised Code in proportion to the fraction of the time on an FTE basis that the student attends classes at the community school. "Full-time equivalency" for a community school student, as defined in division (H) of section3314.08of the Revised Code, does not apply to the student.
