Text
Any contract entered into by the governing authority or any officer or director of a community school, including the contract required by sections3314.02and3314.03of the Revised Code, is deemed to be entered into by such individuals in their official capacities as representatives of the community school. No officer, director, or member of the governing authority of a community school incurs any personal liability by virtue of entering into any contract on behalf of the school.
