(A)When the governing authority of a community school that acquired real property from a school district pursuant to former division (G)(2) of section3313.41of the Revised Code decides to dispose of that property, it first shall offer that property for sale to the school district board of education from which it acquired the property, at a price that is not higher than the appraised fair market value of that property. If the district board does not accept the offer within sixty days after the offer is made, the community school may dispose of the property in another lawful manner.
