Text

(A)As used in this section, "digital learning" has the same meaning as in section3301.079of the Revised Code.
(B)The department of education and workforce shall permit each career-technical education program approved under section3317.161of the Revised Code to provide remote or digital learning opportunities to students on a full-time or hybrid basis to the extent practicable.
