Text
By a majority vote of its members a board of education may join a school boards' association. Such board shall have the authority to appropriate from its general fund an amount sufficient to pay the annual dues established by the membership of the association.
No funds received by a school boards' association from a board of education as membership dues may be used for any political activity.
