The department of education and workforce, in consultation with the governor's executive workforce board, shall establish standards for the operation of business advisory councils established by the board of education of a school district or the governing board of an educational service center under section3313.82of the Revised Code. The standards adopted by the department shall include at least the following requirements:
(A)Each advisory council and the board of education or governing board that established it shall develop a plan by which the advisory council shall advise the board of at least those matters specified by the board pursuant to section3313.82of the Revised Code.
