Text
(A)As used in this section, "overdose reversal drug" has the same meaning as in section4729.01of the Revised Code.
(B)A city, local, exempted village, or joint vocational school district that elects under section3715.50of the Revised Code to obtain and maintain a supply of an overdose reversal drug for use in an emergency situation shall require the district's board of education to adopt and implement a policy regarding the supply's maintenance and drug's use at each school operated by the district. A policy adopted under this section shall include all of the following:
(1)A requirement that each school conform to the requirements of division (C)(1) of section3715.50of the Revised Code;
(2)The amount of the drug's supply to be maintained at each school;
(3)A requirement that each
