Text

(A)With the approval of its governing authority, a chartered or nonchartered nonpublic school may procure injectable or nasally administered glucagon in the manner prescribed by section3313.7115of the Revised Code. A chartered or nonchartered nonpublic school that elects to do so shall comply with all provisions of that section as if it were a school district.
(B)(1) The following are not liable in damages in a civil action for injury, death, or loss to person or property that allegedly arises from an act or omission associated with procuring, maintaining, accessing, or using injectable or nasally administered glucagon under this section, unless the act or omission constitutes willful or wanton misconduct:
(a)A chartered or nonchartered nonpublic school;
(b)A member of a chartered or
