§ 3313.645 — Admission without tuition

A board of education may admit to the schools of its district, free of any tuition obligation, any resident of the district not otherwise eligible to be admitted who meets criteria established by the department of education and workforce. The department shall adopt rules establishing criteria for the admission of persons to schools under this division. The rules may authorize restrictions or limitations on the classes or programs in which such persons may participate. For participation in vocational education programs the district operates or participates in pursuant to sections3313.90and3313.91of the Revised Code, a board of education may admit the following individuals to the schools of its district free of any tuition obligation and without regard to age:
