This section applies to any school that is operated by a school district and in which the enrolled students work primarily on assignments in nonclassroom-based learning opportunities provided via an internet- or other computer-based instructional method.

(A)Any school to which this section applies shall withdraw from the school any student who, for two consecutive school years of enrollment in the school, has failed to participate in the spring administration of any assessment prescribed under section3301.0710or3301.0712of the Revised Code for the student's grade level and was not excused from the assessment pursuant to division (C)(1) or (3) of section3301.0711of the Revised Code, regardless of whether a waiver was granted for the student under division (E) of section3317.03of the Revis
