Text

(A)No nonpublic school chartered by the director of education and workforce shall grant a high school diploma to any person unless, subject to section3313.614of the Revised Code, the person has met the assessment requirements of division (A)(1) or (2) of this section, as applicable.
(1)If the person entered the ninth grade prior to July 1, 2014, the person has attained at least the applicable scores designated under division (B)(1) of section3301.0710of the Revised Code on all the assessments required by that division, or has satisfied the alternative conditions prescribed in section3313.615of the Revised Code.
(2)If the person entered the ninth grade on or after July 1, 2014, the person has met the requirement prescribed by section3313.618or3313.619of the Revised Code.
