(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Parent" has the same meaning as in section3313.98of the Revised Code.
(2)"State assessment" means an achievement assessment prescribed under section3301.0710of the Revised Code or an end-of-course examination under section3301.0712of the Revised Code.
(B)Not later than the thirtieth day of June each school year, each school district and chartered nonpublic school shall provide a student's parents with the student's score on any state assessment administered to the student in that school year by doing either of the following:
(1)Sending the scores to the parent by mail or electronic mail;
(2)Posting the scores in a secure portal on the district's or school's web site that the parent may access. Last updated August 31, 2023 at 3:22 PM
