Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the ability of  a school district or public or nonpublic school to offer academic  content based on the standards adopted under division (A)(1)(b) of  section3301.079of the Revised Code and the academic content  required under division (M) of section3313.603of the Revised  Code through summer school, online, or any other method of  education offered by the district or school.
