Text

(A)Any person twenty-two or more years of age and enrolled in an adult high school continuation program established pursuant to section3313.531of the Revised Code may request the board of education operating the program to conduct an evaluation in accordance with division (C) of this section.
(B)Any applicant to a board of education for a diploma of adult education under division (B) of section3313.611of the Revised Code may request the board to conduct an evaluation in accordance with division (C) of this section.
(C)Upon the request of any person pursuant to division (A) or (B) of this section, the board of education to which the request is made shall evaluate the person to determine whether the person is disabled, in accordance with rules adopted by the department of education and
