Text
When it is necessary, in the opinion of any board of education, to procure or enlarge:
(A)any site for a building to be used for public school purposes whether as classrooms, auditorium, or for technical training, administrative, storage, or other educational purposes;
(B)grounds to be used for agricultural purposes, athletic field, or playground for children;
(C)any site for the purpose of erecting and maintaining buildings to be used as homes or houses for public school teachers when the cost of such erection has been contributed by private donations;
(D)any site for the purpose of providing an outlet to dispose of sewage for a school building or grounds, the board may proceed to appropriate such property in accordance with sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
