Text

As used in this section, "client school district" means a city, exempted village, or local school district that has entered into an agreement under section3313.843or3313.845of the Revised Code to receive any services from an educational service center. For the purpose of obtaining quantity discounts in purchasing textbooks; computer equipment, including computer software; school buses; and natural gas, electricity, and other utility services, the governing boards of two or more educational service centers may enter into agreements, including installment purchase and lease-purchase contracts, to jointly purchase such commodities to be utilized by client school districts of the educational service centers.
