Text
Notwithstanding division (A) of section3313.33of the Revised Code, the following shall be signed and executed on behalf of a school district only by the superintendent of the school district or the president of the district's board of education:
(A)Employment contracts, salary notices, and other employment-related documents of the school district treasurer;
(B)Employment contracts, salary notices, and other employment-related documents of any member of the school district treasurer's family.
